We offer free carbon neutral shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. All other orders are subject to current shipping rates offered at checkout.
Shipping Times
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Local Delivery
If you live in the Denver area, we offer free local delivery on all orders. Simply select “Local Delivery” at checkout and I’ll drop off your order at your doorstep within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
No Hassle Returns
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you have 7 days to send the un-opened product back using the included pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive your package and verify its contents, we will issue your full refund.
Demo Period
You have 30 days from receipt to try out your new purchase before needing to deicide to keep it. If you decide to not keep it, that'd be weird, but not a big deal. Send us back the used paddle for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
